I felt Emily's first tooth today! It looked as though something may have popped through, so I felt her gums with my finger, and I could feel little, tiny ridges poking up! This is very exciting, but as I am still nursing, this is a love/hate relationship with this first tooth:) If you click on her picture, and view it larger, you can kind of see where the tooth is coming through. I'll post more pictures when the teeth are more visible:)

Good luck with the nursing! That would be the point that I would quit.
