Earlier this week, Jacob was just itching to drive his power wheels truck, but it had just snowed, so the driveway was covered. I explained to Jacob that he couldn't go out in his truck, because the snow just cakes on the wheels and he gets stuck. Well, he wasn't about to let a little thing like snow stop him, so he just marched right out and started shoveling the driveway himself. He did such a good job, it only took me a half an hour to shovel the rest, as opposed to the hour that it usually takes me to shovel everything. In the end, Jacob got to ride his truck, and he was a very happy camper:)I wonder if this is a preview of just what he'll be willing to do to drive a car as a teenager?

Kids can be so determined...you should work on getting him to clean the bathroom!! :)
